Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Concord, California
- Home Health RN assignment
- Territory includes Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, and San Ramon, within up to a 60-mile radius
- Primarily geriatric patient population
Schedule
- Day shift, 5x8 hours: 8:00 to 17:00
- 40 guaranteed hours, with productivity requirements to be met
- Two weekend days per month
- No on-call requirement
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in California
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Home Health (1 year of experience)
- Home Health experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
- Experience with OASIS
Preferred
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted at the travel rate
Assignment Details
- 30 patient points per week
- Approximately 5-6 patient points per day
- Travelers should be flexible with assigned territory
- Scrubs of any color required; no jeans

Reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate
