Job Opportunity: MRI Tech (Travel/Contract)
Location: Mount Vernon, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Description
- Perform direct patient care following established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Administer contrast and IVs according to policy.
- Execute provider orders accurately and timely.
- Perform indirect patient care as required.
- Communicate pertinent information promptly to appropriate personnel.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation per facility guidelines.
- Adhere to ASRT, ARMRIT, and ARRT standards of practice.
- Work independently and unsupervised.
- Be available for emergency standby coverage off-hours and weekends.
- Availability to work at multiple locations may be required.
Experience Requirements

- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer.
- Seasonal flu vaccination or declination during flu season (10/1 - 3/31); mask required if declined.
Additional Certifications (as applicable)
- ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, EFM, ENPC, NIH Stroke Certification (mostly for other specialties; check unit-specific requirements).
Competencies and Documentation
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam as applicable.
- Competency exam required.
- Photo for badge required.
- Confidentiality, crime disclosure, and conflict of interest statements must be reviewed and signed.
