Job Opportunity: CT Tech (Radiology / Cardiology)

Location: Atmore, Alabama
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• XRAY and CT experience required
• ARRT (CT) certification required
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• BCLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of specialty experience required
• First-time travelers are welcome (prior travel experience NOT required)

Required Certifications & Licenses

• ARRT (CT)
• BCLS (Basic Life Support)
• State License (Primary Source Verification)
• Additional certifications may be required depending on role (e.g., ACLS, PALS) but not mandatory for this position

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Radiology / Cardiology specialty (CT/XRAY)
• Prior travel experience is not required

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compliance & Documentation Requirements

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Background check: 7-year criminal history check within a year of start, updated annually
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• Education verification (Diploma or Transcript of highest level)
• Drug screening: 9-panel drug screen within a year of start
• Physical exam within the last 12 months (not required annually)
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Immunizations: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella (vaccines, titers, or declinations accepted)
• COVID-19 vaccine required or medical/religious exemption accepted
• Seasonal flu vaccine or declination required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)
• Facility-specific policies including hand hygiene and facial hair policy for mask fit

References & Evaluations

• 2 professional references required within 2 years of start date
• Performance evaluations required if previously worked with the system for over 1 year

Additional Notes

• Facility enforces strict hand hygiene policies (no artificial nails or nail polish)
• Facial hair must not interfere with N95 respirator fit
• Orientation and competency exams may be required as applicable
