Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology - Travel/Contract
Location: York, Pennsylvania
Contract Length: 13 weeks (approximately 3 months)

Schedule & Work Details
- 4x10 evening shifts
- On-call and weekend rotation required
- Call requirements mandatory
- Weekend rotation included

- May care for COVID-19 patients

Experience & Certifications
- Minimum specialty experience: 2 years
- Prior travel experience: Not required (1st time travelers accepted)
- Required certification: ARRT(R)

- ACLS (AHA or ARC)
- BLS (AHA or ARC)

- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

- Tech Cert Verification (National)
- Acknowledgement of Pass/Fail Testing (for RNs except OR and Home Health)
- State License verification (primary source)
- NURSYS verification (for RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
- NIH Stroke Certification (if applicable)
Competency Exams
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (as applicable)
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam (pass/fail exam required for all RNs except OR and Home Health)
Health & Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 90 days of start (signed by MD, DO, PA, or NPT)
- Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap vaccine within 10 years
- Negative TB test (QGold or TSpot) within 90 days (PPD not accepted)
- Rubeola (Measles): 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if titers negative/equivocal
- Mumps: 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if titers negative/equivocal
- Rubella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if titers negative/equivocal
- Hepatitis B: Positive titer or full vaccine series (3 doses) plus declination form if applicable
- Varicella: 2 vaccines or positive titer; boosters required if titers negative/equivocal
- Seasonal Flu vaccination or valid medical/religious exemption required annually (declinations NOT accepted)
- COVID-19 vaccine or valid medical/religious exemption or declination accepted
- Drug testing: Negative 9-panel within 1 year (Aya requirement only, not required by facility)
- Respiratory Safety Clearance within 1 year, renewed annually

- Facility requires all health documents to include two identifying markers (e.g., full name, DOB, SSN)
- Background checks and clearances must be current and compliant with facility policies
- Candidate must notify agency if unable to meet any requirements prior to submission
