Location: Santa Rosa, California

Job Details

  • Daily Caseload: Approximately 25 patients per day
  • Floating: No floating between units required
  • On-Call: Not required

Experience & Licensure Requirements

  • Years of Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in specialty
  • Licenses:
    • California State License (CPDH Certificate required for RTs in CA)
  • Certifications Required:
    • BLS (Basic Life Support)
    • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
    • ARRT (T) - Radiation Therapy
  • Additional Skills:
    • ARIA skillset required
    • EPIC charting system preferred
    • Experience with Varian 21 EX/iX equipment required

  • Epic training modules completion required (specific to Providence system)

References & Employment History

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with at least 2 supervisor references covering that time frame
  • Employment application covering at least last 5 years required
