Job Opportunity: Case Manager (Registered Nurse) - Travel/Contract

Position Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Hours per week: 40 hours
- Contract Length: 13 weeks minimum (new contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks)
- Start Date: ASAP
- Weekend Requirement: Saturday & Sunday shifts required on 4x10 schedule
- Patient Population: Adult and pediatric inpatient acute care
- Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:25
- Floating: Yes, within scope to meet facility needs
- Locals: Not accepted within 100 miles radius
- Pending License: Accepted
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week; facility may call off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment
- Return-to-Office Restrictions: Absences greater than 7 days require approval
- Block schedule accommodation: No

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- Minimum 2 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Acute care experience

- Scrub color: Optional black or business casual
- Charting systems: Cerner, Midas/Care Port
- Parking: No fee
- OT applies after 48 hours on contracts signed on or after 10/30/2025
- 6-month break required for travelers after 4 consecutive assignments or 1 year of cumulative work, whichever comes first
- Facility is not near public transportation; candidates must have reliable transportation arrangements
- Fingerprinting is done onsite during orientation; cost is candidate’s responsibility unless exception granted
- Candidates must complete a traveler compliance form and review a welcome presentation prior to start
- Fit mask testing required within 1 year of start with specific approved mask models; PAPR accommodations available if needed
