Job Opportunity: Ultrasound Tech - General

Location: Mount Airy, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Must be experienced and certified in general ultrasound including Abdomen, OB, and GYN.
• Experience required in performing breast and vascular scans.
• Some rotations include back-up call.
• May have holiday coverage rotation with existing staff.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Ultrasound Technologist license in North Carolina
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Ultrasound Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience performing breast scans, including Breast Sonographer experience
• Experience performing vascular scans, including Vascular Sonographer experience

Additional Information

• Some facility-specific documents and forms must be completed prior to start.
• Radiation badges will be provided if applicable.
• Candidates may be required to participate in holiday and back-up call rotations.
