Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
ARRT-R or CCI certification
Experience with EPIC charting system

BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA or ARC accepted at start; must renew with AHA only
ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) – AHA or ARC accepted at start; must renew with AHA only
Pass/Fail Testing (Medication Test/Pharmacology and Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exams) required with limited attempts
Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam required and must be completed within 30 days of start
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required with a passing score of 80% or higher

Valid government-issued photo ID (passport acceptable in lieu of driver’s license or state ID)
I9 or attestation required
E-Verify or attestation required
Background checks including 7-year criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG within 30 days of start
Photo for badge (passport style, head and shoulders, clear background)
Physical exam within 12 months of start
Negative TB test (TSpot or QGold) within 12 months of start; annual updates required
Drug testing (10 panel) within 30 days of start
Required immunizations or proof of immunity:
- Tdap (Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis)
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) – positive titers or vaccination documentation
- Varicella – positive titers or vaccination documentation
- Hepatitis B – vaccine series and positive titer or signed declination form
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season (Oct 1 - Mar 31)

2 professional references within 3 years of hire required
Must complete facility-specific forms and job description acknowledgment prior to start
Fit mask test completed onsite during orientation, updated annually

Prior travel experience is not required for this position
Candidates must pass competency exams with limited attempts; remediation may be allowed with approval
All certifications and documentation must be current and verifiable at time of hire and maintained throughout assignment
