Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
ARRT C

Additional Hiring Requirements

Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
Education verification
2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
Photo for badge
Signed confidentiality statement
Crime disclosure statement
Conflict of interest disclosure form
Compliance checklist
Tdap vaccine or signed declination
TB screening documentation
Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
Hepatitis B documentation or signed declination
10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start

Suicide prevention training if using a multi-state nursing license in Washington
