Audiologist Travel/Contract Position

Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Details

• Work setting: Outpatient clinic
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Patient load: Up to 14 patients per day
• Electronic Health Record: EPIC preferred

Required Qualifications

• Valid Audiologist license in Missouri
• Minimum of 1 year of Audiologist experience, including experience within the last year

Orientation and Compliance

• Must complete facility-specific confidentiality, security, and ethical conduct agreements prior to start
• Completion of required orientation modules assigned based on unit/position; modules updated annually
• Post-start orientation checklists must be completed and submitted within the first week
• Photo for badge: Passport-style photo with plain white or off-white background required

Additional Notes

• Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
• Medication/pharmacology competency exams and other competency exams are not required by the facility but may be required by the staffing agency
• State-specific searches and registries (e.g., Missouri Family Care Safety Registry) must be completed prior to start if applicable
• Candidates must provide two professional references (agency requirement)
