Day shift: 4x10s, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
12 ORs
On-call required: 2 late calls until 11 PM per week and every 3rd–4th weekend
Weekend requirement: every 3rd to 4th weekend
No floating between service lines
No floating to sister facilities
First-time travelers accepted if they have a broad scope of specialty competency
Local travelers are not accepted
60-mile radius rule
Block scheduling requires manager approval based on unit needs
Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
