Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
At least a level 1 pelvic health course completed and 3 months of clinical practice in pelvic health, including performing internal exams
Strong orthopedic/sports clinicals or at least 1 contract (13 weeks) in an outpatient orthopedic/sports setting (required for new graduates)
National tech certification, as applicable
Background check
Competency exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable by profession
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Negative TB screening or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation
Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
