Required qualifications

CST
Certified Surgical Technologist (2 years of experience)
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
2 or more completed travel assignments
Ortho trauma experience with demonstrated competency level 4
Ortho total joint experience
State license verification, as applicable
Competency exam, as applicable to profession
Medication/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable to profession
Skills checklist
Employment application with licensure, certifications, education, and employment history
2 professional references within 3 years of start
For candidates born in 1957 or later: proof of immunity or vaccination for measles, mumps, and rubella per stated documentation rules
Hepatitis B documentation
Varicella documentation
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
Physical exam within 1 year of start
Tdap vaccine or declination
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved exemption/declination
