Day shift, 5x8 hours
8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Role Overview

Will cover hospice and home health for pediatrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in North Carolina
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Home Health experience within the last year
  • 1 year of Home Health experience
  • One completed travel assignment
  • Hospice experience
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Government-issued photo ID
  • 7-year background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
  • EPLS/GSA/SAM check required annually
  • HHS/OIG check required annually
  • Primary source verification of state license required
  • Medication test/pharmacology competency exam as applicable
  • Competency exam as applicable
  • Nursing competency self-assessment required for RNs
  • Physical exam within 1 year of start
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
  • Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunization/documentation requirements
  • Negative 9-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
  • Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
  • 2 professional references within 3 years of start
  • Skills checklist required annually
