Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Location: Dallas, California
Employment Type: Long Term Contract (13 weeks)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours guaranteed per week
Start Date: ASAP
Job Details
- Coverage area includes Shasta Lake south to Orland, with possible assignments within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
- Average caseload: 4-6 visits per day (may include PT/OT/SLP visits).
- Overtime requires pre-approval.
- 2 weeks cancellation notice required.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in California.
- Home Health and OASIS experience required, no exceptions.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase documentation required.
- If no prior Homecare Homebase experience, must complete an online HCHB course prior to start date (client consideration).

- Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
