Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - NICU

Location: Cary, North Carolina
Employment Type: Travel

Contract Details

• Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7 AM - 7 PM)
• Weekend/Holiday Work: Every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Float Requirements: Must float to like units at Raleigh and North campuses if not needed in Cary NICU
• Cancellation: Can cancel up to 3 times during the 13-week contract due to low census

Required Qualifications

• License: North Carolina RN license or Compact RN license
• Certifications: AHA BLS & NRP required
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of Level 3 NICU experience; Level 4 experience preferred
• Charting: Epic experience strongly preferred
• COVID-19: COVID/Booster vaccination required unless medical or religious exemption applies

Additional Information

• Must be a hard worker, resilient, and able to manage change well
• Social and team-oriented candidates preferred
• Scrub colors: Red, Black, Gray (solid colors only; no designs unless working in Pediatric areas)
• T-shirts worn under scrubs must be solid red, black, gray, or white; no hoodies or fleece jackets allowed; scrub jackets are permitted
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred but not explicitly required
