Overview
- 2 Cath Lab Suites
- STEMI receiving center
- 8-10 cases per day on average
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- BLS
- ACLS
- Cardiac Cath Lab (1 year of experience)
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- Experience with Structural Heart cases
- Experience with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI)
- Experience with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
- Experience with Impella
- Experience with ECMO
- Experience with transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR)
- Experience with MitraClip
- Experience with the Watchman device
- Experience with patent foramen ovale (PFO) closure
- Experience with atrial septal defect (ASD) closure
Preferred
- Travel experience
- Scrubbing
- MacLab experience
Duties
- Circulate and monitor cases
- Procedural sedation
Schedule
- 4 10-hour shifts per week
- 6:30a-5p, Monday-Friday
- Call required
- Approximately 1 weeknight call per week
- Approximately 1-2 weekends of call per 6-week schedule
- 30-minute call response time
- Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday
Floating
- Currently not floating outside Cath Lab unless otherwise arranged
- Cath Lab and EP experience may allow flexibility between both areas
Additional Details
- Hospital pre-op/procedural scrubs provided daily upon arrival to work
- 1-week unit orientation, including 3 days on-unit and weekend buddy call
- Parking is at the traveler’s expense; garage parking is available with daily and monthly options
