MRI Technologist

Overview

13-week contract in Omaha, Nebraska
Day shift
3 x 12-hour shifts per week, rotating schedule
Covers maternity leaves, with an estimated start in mid-to-late June

Required Qualifications

BLS
Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (MR)
Trauma Level I experience
Driver’s license required at submittal

Department Details

Radiology - MRI
3 scanners/rooms
Siemens Aera 1.5T, Trio 3T, and Espree 1.5T
Float scope: just MRI
Performs cardiac, breast, and some angio imaging/studies
Starts IVs
Uses EPIC and McKesson, with a move to Merge in June

24/7 coverage

Additional Notes

Artificial nails are prohibited in patient care areas
Scrubs are gray and not provided
1 week of training with a flexible schedule
Candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity
Radius rule: 50 miles
