CT Tech Position - Martinsburg, West Virginia
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Certifications and Licenses
- BLS (AHA)
- Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT) preferred
- WV State License required
- Must be able to start IVs
Work Environment and Equipment
- Department: Radiology
- Imaging performed on adults and pediatrics (except Interventional Radiology is adults only)
- EMR system: EPIC
- Equipment: Canon, Toshiba, Fuji Synaps
Work Schedule
- Night shift: 10-hour shifts, 9 PM to 7 AM
- Work days: Wednesday through Saturday
- No weekend or holiday work required for travelers
- No call required
Orientation and Training
- Floor-specific orientation required, generally up to 2 weeks (longer for US/MRI modalities)
Additional Information
- Radiation badge must be provided by the agency (not provided by the facility)
- Black scrubs required for all techs in all modalities
- Radiologist coverage: In-house 7 AM - 7 PM; on-call 7 PM - 7 AM
- Travel teams must be submitted together
- Background checks must be disclosed at time of submission
- Only 2 candidates can be submitted per opening at a time
