Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels in clinical departments.
Utilize intervention skills when dealing with staff, patients, families, or medical staff.
Collaborate well with others.
Night shift supervisory role overseeing nursing staff.

Valid RN license in Washington.
Minimum of 4 years of House Supervisor experience, including experience within the last year.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing.
