- Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
- BLS

- Shift: days
- Hours per week: 40
- Notice period: 30 days
- Equipment is provided during interview
- Parking is provided on the first day
- Dress code will be provided on the first day
- Must complete some documentation directly with ATI before clearance to start
- Can start with compact but must get PERM right away
- If previously worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, not eligible to return until separated for one year
- If previously worked as a traveler at ATI at any time, or perm/PRN more than a year before submission, eligibility for rehire must be reviewed
