Position Details

Unit: Swedish Main OR 70117
Number of ORs: 14
Staffing: 70 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs)
Shift Coverage:
- Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 RN/1 ST per OR, PCTs, ATs, Trauma team
- Night Shift: 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, 1 ST
Patient Ratios: Approximately 1:1 (estimated, not guaranteed)
EMR System: Meditech

Required Qualifications & Skills

Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- NBSTA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting)
- DORA (likely state-specific certification)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in CST/ORT specialty (highest required years of experience)
Must Have:
- Ortho/Joint experience
- Flexibility to work day/evening hours as needed
- Call availability
- Self-direction and accountability
Preferred:
- Level I trauma experience
- Experience with shifts from 1500-2300 (or 1100-2100 considered)

All procedures except Cardiovascular OR (CVOR), Neurosurgery, and Transplants
