Job Opportunity: RN - LTAC (Travel Position)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Job Description

The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The role requires critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership to ensure safe delivery of care. Responsibilities include maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care priorities based on staff education and experience, and supervising assigned personnel delivering patient care.


Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Minimum of 2 years of Long Term Acute Care experience
  • Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
  • Telemetry experience
  • ACLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Contract Length

  • 6 months

Additional Information

  • Facility setting includes LTAC/Telemetry units
  • Work schedule, EMR system, and other operational details to be provided during the interview process
  • Candidates must use the specified submission template to be considered
