Staffing: 1 tech assigned to the unit
Equipment: GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis medication dispenser
Documentation System: Meditech
Scheduling: Every other weekend
Floating Policy: Rotation with full-time staff and other travelers
Patient Experience Requirements: AIDET communication, use of communication board, medication teaching
Certifications: Trauma III level

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Trauma III certification
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Positive attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential
Dress Code: Charcoal gray scrubs required
Unit offers a supportive environment with advanced equipment and experienced staff
Floating and scheduling flexibility available
