Travel Occupational Therapist position with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, including experience within the last year
OTR Certification
BLS Certification
Experience with Occupational Therapist (OT) Assessment or USP 800 Hazardous Drug Risk Assessment
