Job Description

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician assists with imaging studies in the Cardiac Cath Lab, demonstrating critical thinking and judgment. The technician performs studies timely under the direction of the Cardiologist, Chief Technologist, or Director of Imaging Services.

Requirements

• Certification: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC accepted)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab specialty
• Travel Experience: Not explicitly required
• Patient Ratio: 1:1
• Shift: Days, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call: 7 days every other week (no 48-hour option, no block scheduling)
• Maximum Return to Office (RTO): 3 days
• Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility

• EMR Systems: Medhost and MacLab
• Scrub Color: Provided
