Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 2 years of Bone Marrow Transplant experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience with electrolyte replacement
- Neuro assessment skills experience
- Experience with high risk and hazardous drug administration
- ICU (Intensive Care Unit) experience
- Stepdown experience
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Certification
