Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in Oklahoma
Physical Therapy Assistant (1 year of experience)
Physical Therapy Assistant experience within the last year

Preferred Qualifications

Ortho experience
Neuro experience

Responsibilities / Clinical Focus

Common diagnoses and treatment include CVA, amputee, and ortho
