Overview

  • Travel assignment in Sachse, Texas
  • 13-week contract
  • 36 hours per week
  • On-call required: approximately 10–15 days per month, including one weekend each week that includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Unit

  • Surgery unit
  • 3 beds
  • 4 staff members
  • Day shift staffing: 2 RNs and 2 CSTs
  • Night shift: call only
  • Patient ratio: 1:1

Required Qualifications

  • BLS
  • Certified Surgical Technologist with 1 year of experience
  • Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
  • Certified Surgical Technician (CST) Certification or NBSTSA
  • Experience working with Orthopedics patients
  • Experience working with Spine patients
  • Experience working with Podiatry patients
  • Experience with robotic surgery
  • Experience with orthospine surgery
  • Experience with podiatric surgery
  • Experience with endoscopy (colonoscopy/EGD)

Must Have Skills

  • Robotics
