Nights: 4x12, 7p-7a

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
EKG
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
1 year of Critical Care experience
Tracheostomy care
Mechanical ventilation management

Unit Details

Stepdown ICU / Progressive Care Unit
Typical patient ratio: 4-6:1
Patients: 50% Medical / 50% Tele adults only
Equipment: standard nursing equipment on Tele unit
EMR: EPIC

Schedule Notes

Night shift orients on day shift
Traveler must be available the entire week for orientation
Requested time off: up to 5 days in each 13 weeks can be automatically approved
Standard expectation: every other full weekend
Candidates should expect to work at least one major winter holiday: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s Day
