Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend

Staff: 32
Minimum Staffing: Day shift 5-6; night shift 4-4.5
Patient Ratios: RVU system
Equipment: Vents PB, Drager V500, Aerogen, V60 BiPAP, HHFNC, Hamilton C-transport, Oscillator, Jet, Nitric, Bubble CPAP
Typical Procedures: ICU/CCU, NICU, and Emergency Care as an RT

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Indiana
Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS
PALS
BLS
NRP
Experience working with NICU Level 3 patients

Ideal Candidate Traits

Willing to jump in and help with higher loads and higher-acuity patients
Independent and self-motivating
Willing to work in the Level 3 NICU
