Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Dallas, Texas

Job Type

  • Temporary travel assignment
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • On-call/weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6 weeks; 1 weeknight per week

Setting

  • Home Health patient care
  • Patient age range: Adults (18 years) through geriatrics
  • Coverage area: Dallas and surrounding cities

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse following nursing practice standards
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Meet productivity expectations (30 points per week)
  • Travel between patient visits with mileage reimbursed

Required Qualifications

  • Valid LPN/LVN license in Texas
  • Minimum of 1 year LPN/LVN experience, including experience within the last year
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Completion of high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software
  • Home Health experience
