Job Overview

The Radiologic Technologist operates a Computerized Tomographic (CT) scanner to image various body parts including head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, spine, and extremities. This role functions under the direction of radiologists and supervision of the Director of Radiology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging for neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Cross-train in additional imaging modalities as needed.
• Interact effectively with patients, co-workers, practitioners, and visitors.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Use computer applications and learn new software systems (Meditech preferred).

Requirements

• Graduate of an American Medical Association-approved school of radiologic technology.
• Registered in at least radiography (required).
• Additional certification in computed tomography (preferred).
• Experience or training in radiology practices across all age groups (neonatal to geriatric).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with computer applications.
• BLS certification required.
• Must hold a New Hampshire or Compact state license at time of application (license will not be pended).
