Location: Worcester, Massachusetts

Job Details

Specialty: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Unit: Urology Clinic
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Required Experience: Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (prior experience in urology preferred)
Licensing: Massachusetts nursing license required (must have license in hand)
Certifications Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Prior Travel Experience: Not explicitly required

7-year criminal background check within 30 days of start

Drug testing within 30 days of start date

Competencies & Exams

Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam required for all RNs and LPNs
Pass/Fail Testing (Medication Exam required for LPNs; Telemetry Exam if applicable)

Documentation

Valid government-issued ID required
Employment application covering 7 years of employment with explanations for gaps over 30 days
Two professional references within three years of start
Skills checklist required prior to start and updated annually
