Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 18 weeks


Job Description

  • ASAP start date
  • Must be fluent in Spanish
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No weekend requirement
  • Dedicated 1-on-1 patient care focusing on high-risk individuals
  • Manageable caseload: maximum 8 to 10 patients per day
  • Built-in documentation time to reduce after-hours work
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of groups
  • Knowledge of computer-based EMR systems and Microsoft Office required
  • EMR system used: Elation
  • Scrubs provided or wear black
  • Float approximately 50/50 between two locations about 5 miles apart

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent qualification in Physical Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
  • Experience in an outpatient setting
  • Current BLS certification
  • Fluent in Spanish

Additional Information

  • Potential for travel assignment to convert to permanent hire if mutually interested
  • Orientation dates available periodically

Note: Interview availability is requested for Tuesdays or Fridays.
