Overview

• Travel/Contract ED RN assignment in La Plata, Maryland
• Nights: 3x12, 19:00-07:30
• 36/48H option
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays required as scheduled
• Floating required within the specialty
• No pre-scheduled on-call requirements
• Backfill assignment

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Maryland
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Assignment Details

• Start date: 11/2/2026 or ASAP
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Average daily census: 130
• Number of beds: 47
• Patient ratio: 1:4
• Patient population: infant to geriatric
• Fast-paced ED setting with complex diagnoses that vary
• All diagnoses

Preferred

• Longer contracts up to 20 weeks may be considered with strong experience and limited RTO
