Location: Orange, California Specialty: Registered Nurse Job Title: ER Employment Type: Travel/Contract Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift: Night (3x12 hours), 18:00 to 06:30 Hours: 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week

Unit and Facility

Very high-volume ER with comprehensive cardiac, STEMI, stroke, and behavioral health center services
Acute care hospital with Magnet designation and 426 staffed beds
Charting: Epic
Scrub color for RNs: Royal Blue
Free parking
Weekends may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs
Facility may call off once per two-week pay period
Not on call
Block schedule: open to accommodating, per manager discretion
Scheduling requests due to outside employment will not be considered
May be required to float to another facility in the system within a reasonable distance (float policy acknowledgement required)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in California
ED - Emergency Department experience of at least 1 year, completed within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
BLS issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation
Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

RTO must be included at time of submission
Does not accept first-time travelers
Does not accept pending licenses
Travel pairs will not be considered
