Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in North Carolina
• Case Management experience within the last year
• 2 years of Case Management experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Schedule / Assignment Expectations

• Weekend requirement: one weekend day per month
• On-call: not required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Local candidates accepted

• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check

• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months of start
• TB questionnaire

• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Polio vaccination or attestation
• 2 professional references, with at least 1 supervisor reference

• Guest account setup before clearance
• Online modules completed before orientation
• CBO submitted within 3 weeks after start
• Orientation testing and required documentation completion
