Valid LPN / LVN license in New York
Behavioral Health (2 years of experience)
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic
Government-issued photo ID

Physical exam within 1 year of start
Fit mask within 1 year of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start

Neurobehavioral rehabilitation for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia, including behavioral disturbances and aggressive behaviors

Emphasis on behavioral management, medication management, daily routine support, and discharge planning

Does not accept residents requiring oxygen/tubing, intravenous therapy, feeding tubes, lines/ports/drains, insulin pumps, catheters, or nephrostomy tubes
