Overview

Travel/Contract role in Portland, Oregon
13-week assignment
5x8s, Monday–Friday
No floating
Will accept first-time travelers
No new grads

Schedule / Location

3 days at CHH Building, Portland
2 days at Beaverton Clinic

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Oregon
Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Certified Hand Therapist with at least 2 years of experience in hand therapy
Expert in custom splinting
Expert in complex hand trauma and surgeries
Experience with Epic
