Overview

  • Travel/Contract role in Springfield, Ohio
  • Day shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00
  • 8-hour days
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per week
  • Home Care setting
  • Department: OT
  • The therapist schedules their own day and can move visits around
  • No weekend or holiday requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Ohio
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Experience in a Home Health setting
  • Home care home base experience

Patient Volume / Productivity

  • 8 patients treated per day
  • Minimum productivity expectation: 6.5 points
  • Usually 3–4 evals

Patient Population / Service Area

  • Most patients are post-acute
  • Primary service areas: Clark, Edgar, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison County

Team / Supervision

  • 1 COTA will need supervision

Additional Notes

  • No clinical involvement; profiles go directly to the manager for interview
  • Any color scrubs or business casual is acceptable
