Role Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Fort Worth, Texas
Night shift: 4x10 hours, Thursday through Sunday, 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
CT Technologist (2 years of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
Level I Trauma hospital experience
Siemens CT scanner equipment expertise
Experience with Epic
Government issued photo ID
Background check
Education verification of initial related degree and most recent degree
State License 1 Verification
Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam
Competency Exam
Physical exam within 1 year of start
TDAP required; TD not accepted
Negative TSpot or QGold within 1 year of start; PPD not accepted
TB Questionnaire
Rubeola (Measles): Positive Titer or 2 Vaccines
Mumps: Positive Titer or 2 Vaccines
Rubella: Positive Titer or 2 Vaccines
Hepatitis B: Titer, Declination, or Vaccine Series (3 doses)
Varicella: Titer, 2 Vaccines, or history of having the disease
Negative 10 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days of start
Two references verified within one year of start
Skills Checklist 1, updated annually and not expiring within 30 days of start
Occupational Health appointment required for final clearance
