• Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 19:00–07:00
• Hours per week: 36
• Contract length: 15 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• 1.5 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Notes for Candidates

• Must complete onboarding modules before start
• Government-issued photo ID required and must be carried during the assignment
• Name on required documents must match
• Certifications expiring within 30 days of start must be renewed before start
• Latex allergy can be accommodated with notification
• Prior positive TB requires a chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
• Flu vaccination documentation is required seasonally
