Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience
Telemetry experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or RQI
NIHSS
Experience with Epic
Experience with Cerner
2 satisfactory references

Hard start date: 11/30, 12/14, or 01/13
Must be able to float down and across the organization to like units or lower-acuity units, excluding the ED
Must work 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week cycle and at least one holiday, including the holiday weekend

Based in a system-wide float pool covering 5 hospitals
No scrub color requirement
OR and L&D scrubs are provided by the facility
Physical exam required within 12 months of start
N95 fit test required within 1 year of start
Tdap required
Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 12 months of start
Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
Drug screening required
Flu vaccination or declination required
COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption required
W4 proof required
Background check and HHS/OIG screening required
Pyxis acknowledgment required for RNs
Confidentiality agreement, standards of conduct acknowledgment, and vaccine attestation form required
Learning modules must be completed before start
