Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:30
• Start date required: 12/9/26

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Iowa
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Med Surg experience
• Rehabilitation (1 year of experience)
• Rehabilitation experience within the last year
• Experience with Epic

Required Documents and Compliance

• Driver’s license, state ID, passport, or other government-issued ID
• Background check completed within 30 days of start
• Education verification for highest level of education
• Diploma or official transcript/third-party verification
• NURSYS verification for RN licensure, when applicable
• 10-panel drug screen including THC within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 12 months
• TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption on file by the seasonal deadline
• 2 supervisory references from the specialty, with at least one within the last year
• 7 years of employment history with no gaps greater than 30 days
• Unit-specific skills checklist
• Mandatory reporter certifications for child abuse and dependent adult abuse

• The role may require unit-specific competency testing and annual core competency exams
