Clinic RN in a family medicine outpatient setting. Responsibilities include phone triage, patient education, assisting with minor procedures, medication refills, medication prior authorizations, communicating diagnostic results, and transitional care management.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Wisconsin
  • Clinic experience within the last year
  • 1 year of clinic experience
  • BLS issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in a clinic setting
