Job Overview

Location: Portland, Oregon
Employment type: Travel/Contract
Contract length: 8 weeks
Shift: Evening, 5x8 hours (15:00–23:30)
Hours per week: 40
Patient ratio: 1:5
Floating: May float between units based on unit needs
Weekends: 1 weekend every 2 weeks
On-call: Not required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oregon
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Behavioral Health (1 year of experience)
Behavioral Health experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Driver's License
Experience with use of seclusion and restraints
CPR training
PMAB completion before starting
Comfortable with hands-on care, milieu management, and seclusion and restraints

Additional Notes

Travelers may be asked to float to other units based on skill set
If floating consecutive shifts, hotel lodging may be offered at additional cost
