  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Kentucky
  • Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
  • Driver's License

Additional Notes

  • First-time travelers are accepted
  • Candidates must live at least 75 miles from the facility
  • RTO edits will not be accepted after an offer is made
  • Orientation is bi-weekly
  • Assignment confirmation must be signed within 24 hours of offer
  • Submission packet must include the required coversheet and driver’s license
