- Location: San Francisco, California
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour variable day/night
- Hours: 36 per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- 2 years of Neuro ICU experience
- Neuro ICU experience within the last year
- Experience in a Teaching Hospital setting
- Trauma ICU experience
Preferred Qualifications
- NIHSS
Additional Requirements
- Current and valid government-issued photo ID; identity must match professional license
- 7-year criminal background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- Education verification or copy of diploma/transcript
- Sex offender search for extensions with gaps in assignments over 30 days only
- State license verification
- NURSYS verification
- Pass/fail testing for telemetry and medication/ECG competency
- Medication/pharmacology competency exam
- Unit-specific competency exam
- Core Part I, II, and III competency modules
- Unit-specific skills checklist
- Two supervisory references
- Updated resume with last 7 years of work history
- Work history verification for 7 years
- Employment application with gaps of 30 days or more explained
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask within 1 year of start
- Tetanus/diphtheria/Tdap documentation
- Negative TB documentation
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
