Travel/Contract Registered Nurse Job Summary

Location

Burlington, North Carolina

Schedule

Day shift
3x12 hours
7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Every other weekend and every other holiday

Contract Length

13 weeks

Key Job Details

Primarily medical-surgical patient population
Telemetry-capable unit with remote monitoring experience required
Must float to all Cone campuses as needed for patient care
Patient ratio: 1:5–6

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Charge RN experience

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Candidate must be flexible with scheduling and aware of a zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
Compliance must be completed by 12:00 PM EST on the Wednesday before the start date
